5-Day Amboseli & Tsavo Safari Itinerary.

Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park.

Depart Nairobi early in the morning and drive to Amboseli National Park, famous for its spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro and large herds of elephants. Arrive in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and wildlife before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Accommodation: Amboseli Lodge/Camp.

Day 2: Full-Day Amboseli National Park.

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day safari in Amboseli National Park with a picnic lunch. Explore the park’s different habitats while looking for elephants, lions, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes and many bird species. With clear weather, you may also enjoy magnificent views of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Accommodation: Amboseli Lodge/Camp.

Day 3: Amboseli – Tsavo West National Park.

After breakfast, depart Amboseli and drive to Tsavo West National Park. Arrive in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive. Explore the park’s scenic landscapes and look out for elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes and other wildlife. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Accommodation: Tsavo West Lodge/Camp.

Day 4: Tsavo West – Tsavo East National Park.

After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in Tsavo West before proceeding to Tsavo East National Park. Arrive at your lodge/camp and have lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive. Tsavo East is known for its vast open plains, large elephant herds and diverse wildlife.

Accommodation: Tsavo East Lodge/Camp.

Day 5: Tsavo East – Nairobi.

Enjoy an early morning game drive in Tsavo East before breakfast. After breakfast, check out and begin your drive back to Nairobi. Arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon/evening, marking the end of your safari.
