7-Day Mombasa, Tsavo East & Diani Beach Safari Itinerary.
Day 1: Arrival in Mombasa.
Upon arrival at Moi International Airport in Mombasa, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day relaxing and enjoying the coastal atmosphere.
Overnight: Mombasa.
Day 2: Mombasa – Tsavo East National Park.
After breakfast, depart Mombasa and drive to Tsavo East National Park. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch followed by an afternoon game drive.
Tsavo East is famous for its vast open landscapes, red-dusted elephants and diverse wildlife. During the game drive, you may see elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras and various antelopes.
Overnight: Tsavo East.
Day 3: Full Day Tsavo East National Park.
Enjoy a full day exploring Tsavo East National Park with morning and afternoon game drives.
Explore the park’s beautiful savannah landscapes and search for its abundant wildlife. You may also visit attractions such as the Aruba Dam, depending on the day’s programme and park conditions.
Return to your lodge or camp for lunch and some relaxation before the afternoon game drive.
Overnight: Tsavo East.
Day 4: Tsavo East – Diani Beach.
After breakfast, depart Tsavo East and drive towards Diani Beach on Kenya’s beautiful south coast.
Upon arrival, check in at your beach resort and spend the rest of the day relaxing. Enjoy the white sandy beach and warm waters of the Indian Ocean.
Overnight: Diani Beach.
Day 5: Diani Beach – Leisure Day.
Enjoy a full day at Diani Beach. Relax by the swimming pool or on the beach, swim in the Indian Ocean, or enjoy optional activities such as snorkeling, diving, kite surfing or a dhow cruise.
Overnight: Diani Beach.
Day 6: Diani Beach – Leisure Day.
Enjoy your final full day in Diani at leisure. You can relax at the resort, enjoy the beach or take part in optional coastal activities.
Take time to enjoy the beautiful Indian Ocean scenery before your departure the following day.
Overnight: Diani Beach.
Day 7: Diani Beach – Mombasa Airport – Departure.
After breakfast, check out of your hotel and transfer to Moi International Airport in Mombasa for your flight home.
