DAY 1: ARRIVAL AT KILIMANJARO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Take the rest of the day to relax and recover from your journey. If time permits, you may enjoy a leisurely evening in Arusha.

Overnight: Arusha.

DAY 2: ARUSHA NATIONAL PARK.

After breakfast, depart for Arusha National Park for a full-day safari experience. The park offers a beautiful combination of montane forests, open savannah and the scenic Mount Meru landscape. During the game drive, keep an eye out for giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, warthogs, antelopes and a variety of bird species.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park before continuing with your afternoon game drive. Later, drive back to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Overnight: Arusha.

DAY 3: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK.

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, renowned for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees and diverse wildlife.

Enjoy a game drive through the park, following the Tarangire River and exploring the surrounding savannah. You may encounter elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, lions and numerous bird species.

After the game drive, proceed to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight.

Overnight: Tarangire / Karatu area.

DAY 4: LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK.

After breakfast, proceed to Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive. The park is situated beneath the Great Rift Valley escarpment and is known for its groundwater forests, abundant birdlife and diverse wildlife.

Explore the park in search of elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, hippos, baboons and other wildlife. Lake Manyara is also known for its tree-climbing lions, although sightings are never guaranteed.

After the game drive, continue towards your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Overnight: Karatu / Manyara area.

#DAY 5: LAKE MANYARA – CENTRAL SERENGETI.

After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park, travelling through the beautiful landscapes of northern Tanzania. As you approach the Serengeti, the scenery gradually changes into the vast open plains for which the park is famous.

Enter the Serengeti and enjoy a game drive en route to your accommodation. Look out for wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, giraffes, elephants, buffaloes and predators such as lions, cheetahs and leopards.

Continue to your lodge or tented camp in the Central/Western or Eastern Serengeti area for dinner and overnight.

Overnight: Central Serengeti.

DAY 6: CENTRAL SERENGETI – NORTHERN SERENGETI.

After an early breakfast, begin your journey towards Northern Serengeti, enjoying game viewing along the way.

The northern Serengeti is particularly important during the wildebeest migration period, when large herds move through the region. Depending on the season and the location of the herds, you may have opportunities to witness large concentrations of wildebeest and zebras, as well as predators following the herds.

Arrive at your northern Serengeti accommodation and continue with an afternoon game drive.

Overnight: Northern Serengeti.

DAY 7: FULL DAY IN NORTHERN SERENGETI – GREAT MIGRATION.

Spend a full day exploring Northern Serengeti in search of the Great Migration.

This day is dedicated to following the migration and exploring areas where wildlife activity is concentrated. Depending on the time of year and the location of the herds, there may be a possibility of witnessing the spectacular Mara River crossing.

Spend the day enjoying game drives across the northern Serengeti plains, with opportunities to see wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, elephants, giraffes and predators.

Return to your accommodation in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Overnight: Northern Serengeti.

DAY 8: NORTHERN SERENGETI – CENTRAL SERENGETI.

After breakfast, begin your journey back towards Central Serengeti. Enjoy game viewing along the route, making stops whenever wildlife activity presents an opportunity.

The Serengeti is renowned for its vast plains and exceptional wildlife diversity, making the journey through the park an important part of the safari experience.

Arrive at your accommodation in Central Serengeti for dinner and overnight.

Overnight: Central Serengeti.

DAY 9: SERENGETI – NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA & CRATER.

After breakfast, depart from the Serengeti towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy a scenic drive with opportunities for wildlife viewing along the way.

Proceed into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. The crater is a spectacular volcanic caldera and supports a high concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest and, with some luck, the endangered black rhino.

Enjoy a picnic lunch during the crater visit before ascending and continuing to your accommodation in the Ngorongoro/Karatu area.

Overnight: Ngorongoro / Karatu.

DAY 10: NGORONGORO – KILIMANJARO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.

After breakfast, check out and begin your transfer towards Kilimanjaro International Airport for your outbound international flight home.

Depending on your flight departure time, there may be an opportunity for a relaxed morning in the area before continuing to the airport.
