With the various attractions that everyone wants to experience the thrill that comes from the game drives and watching animals in their territory, Amboseli, Masai Mara, Samburu N.P & N.R are great places to visit. The National Parks offers the best African wildlife adventure experience when it comes to the wide range of wildlife species, as well as the spectacular view of Mount Kilimanjaro. The Amboseli park is renowned for its large herds of elephants. Other animals in the park are; giraffes, buffalos, zebras, hyena, lions, cheetahs, impala and even jackals among others.

Day 1
Nairobi – Transfer to Amboseli

Pick up from your Nairobi hotel and depart for Amboseli. Arrive at 1100 hrs at the park and have a short game drive as you head to the lodge or camp for lunch.

Relaxation by the pool area and have an evening Game drive

Overnight at the Kibo Safari Camp/Amboseli Sopa Lodge

Day 2
Amboseli – Transfer to Aberdares

Have breakfast and depart for Aberdares to arrive at mid-morning. Arrive at lunch time served at Aberdares Country Club. Enjoy lunch before have a joint game drive with other lodge’s guests. Later be driven to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

At Aberdares National Park, there is just plenty to see. From elephants, giant forest hog, black rhinos, mountain reedbuck, leopards, cape buffalo, spotted hyenas, bongo, olive baboons, duikers, black and white colobus monkey, suni, warthogs, side-stipe jackal, bushbucks and many others. Birds of diverse formation graciously wallow the sky. From the eagles, sunbirds, sparry hawk, goshawks, plovers, Aberdare cisticola, to over 250 different species.

Day 3
Aberdares – Transfer to Samburu

You will be picked at 7a.m. by our tour guide/driver and immediately depart for Samburu to arrive by lunch time. Check in at the lodge and have lunch then relax by the pool. Afternoon game drive is at 4p.m.

The Park was established in 1948. It is located about 350 kilometers from Nairobi. This is the place to be if you want you would like to witness pure Kenyan culture as you enjoy the view of the animals. Animals like the Grevys’ zebra, Tanzanian cheetah, Masai lion, reticulated giraffe, elephants and buffaloes are in this Park. The Park contains over 50 species of animals. Bird life is also in plenty with over 450 species like the Grey-headed Kingfisher, Bee-eater, Sunbird, Marabou stork and the Horn-bill. Waso Nyiro River is also a major attraction to tourists as it holds numerous aquatic species like the crocodile and the hippos, as well as other animals coming to drink water

Day 4
Samburu – Full day

Spend the whole day with a game drive in search of the big five and many other wildlife that inhabits this land. There will be picnic lunch on the banks of Mara River.

Day 5
Samburu – Transfer to Sweetwaters

Have breakfast then depart for Sweetwater’s. Arrive at the park and have a short game drive as you head to the camp for lunch.

Relaxation by the pool area and have an evening Game drive

The Ol Pejeta Conservancy (Sweetwaters) is one of the top tourists’ attractions in Kenya and is located between Mt. Kenya and the foothills of the Aberdares. It’s a non-profit wildlife conservancy on a 360 km square or 90,000-acre piece of land dedicated purely to the conservation of endangered species. In a nutshell, Ol Pajeta Conservancy (Sweetwaters) works to conserve endangered wildlife species and generate income through wildlife tourism for investment in conservation efforts and community development or services. The park is a home to numerous wild animals that you can enjoy watching as well as the few surviving endangered species including; The black and white Rhino Conservancy.

Day 6
Sweetwater’s – Transfer to Lake Nakuru

Depart for Lake Nakuru after breakfast to arrive at lunch time.

Relaxation by the pool area and have an evening Game drive

There are millions of flamingoes and few wild animals such as white rhinos, gazelle, warthog, and lion among others. The Lake Nakuru National Park is one of the few Great Rift Valley attractions in Kenya that have the potential to hold a large number of birds. The place has alkaline water ecosystem that suits other bird species such as European winter, black winged stilts, and avocets in which can be great experience. During courtship, a group of up to 10 individuals hold their heads and neck high and call to one another.

Day 7
Lake Nakuru – Lake Bogoria – Transfer to Lake Naivasha

Depart for Lake Bogoria with packed lunch. Arrive mid-morning and enjoy leisure walks around the shores of the lake. Later have picnic lunch before departing for Lake Naivasha.

Arrive at Lake Naivasha and check in at the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Lake Naivasha has an average depth of 6 meters. A gorge along the lake forms an entrance to Hell’s Gate National Park, which contains some spectacular examples of water and weather-worn rock features as well as a great variety of flora and fauna. There is plenty of wildlife in the lake such as hippos, crocodiles as well as over four hundred different species of birds including cormorant, pelican, fish eagles. It has a healthy population of fish, which includes Tilapia, Black bass, and Crayfish which attract a variety of fish-eating birds.

Day 8
Lake Naivasha – Transfer to Maasai Mara

Have breakfast and depart for Maasai Mara. Arrive at the lodge or camp for lunch. Relaxation by the pool area or in your rooms, have an evening Game drive.

Located only three hundred Kilometers from Nairobi, the iconic Maasai Mara offers no less than one thousand five hundred and ten square kilometers of wild open savanna. It plays host to one of the modern-day wonders of the world. All of the big five call the Maasai Mara home. Lions are easily spotted at the Mara. The beautiful Maasai people continue to graze their livestock in the wilderness right alongside the wild beasts they have lived with for thousands of years. The Maasai Mara is part of an extensive eco system made up of eight large group ranches.

Masai Mara Full day

Spend the whole day with a game drive in search of the big five and many other wildlife that inhabits this beautiful savannah plains. There will be picnic lunch on the banks of Mara River.

Optional activities: Hot air balloon, a visit to Maasai village & guided nature walks

Overnight at the Ol Moran Camp/Mara Sopa Lodge/Mara Sentrim Camp

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 11
Maasai Mara – Transfer to Lake Naivasha

Depart for Lake Naivasha after breakfast to arrive at lunch time. Have lunch and spend the afternoon with a boat ride to Crescent Island. Enjoy a nature walk before riding back to the shore.

Day 12
Lake Naivasha – Nairobi (Drop off)

Have breakfast and relax by the pool area till mid-morning, Travel time between Lake Naivasha and Nairobi. On arrival in Nairobi, you will have lunch at Carnivore Restaurant before being dropped off at a hotel of your choice.
