7-Day Uganda Safari & Adventure Itinerary.

Day 1 – Arrival at Entebbe International Airport.

Arrive at Entebbe International Airport, where you will be met by your safari guide and transferred to your accommodation. Depending on your arrival time, you can relax and enjoy the surroundings of Entebbe.

Overnight: Entebbe.

Day 2 – Entebbe/Kampala to Jinja – Horse Riding.

After breakfast, depart from Entebbe/Kampala and drive to Jinja, the adventure capital of Uganda. Upon arrival, enjoy a horse-riding experience through the beautiful countryside and along scenic trails around Jinja.

The afternoon can be spent relaxing and exploring the town at your own pace.

Overnight: Jinja.

Day 3 – Jinja to Murchison Falls National Park – Rhino Trekking & Top of the Falls.

After breakfast, depart Jinja and drive towards Murchison Falls National Park. En route, stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a guided rhino trekking experience, where you will have the opportunity to observe Uganda’s southern white rhinos in their natural environment.

Continue to Murchison Falls National Park and proceed to the Top of the Falls, where you will hike to viewpoints overlooking the dramatic point where the Nile River is forced through a narrow gorge.

Overnight: Murchison Falls National Park.

Day 4 – Murchison Falls National Park – Game Drive & Boat Safari.

Begin the day with a morning jeep safari in Murchison Falls National Park. Explore the park in search of elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes, lions and other wildlife.

Later, enjoy a boat safari along the Victoria Nile towards the base of Murchison Falls. The boat ride provides excellent opportunities to see hippos, crocodiles and a variety of bird species along the riverbanks.

Depending on timing and energy levels, you may also enjoy another visit or hike around the Top of the Falls area.

Overnight: Murchison Falls National Park.

Day 5 – Murchison Falls National Park to Kibale National Park.

After breakfast, depart Murchison Falls National Park and begin the scenic drive towards Kibale National Park. The journey takes you through changing landscapes and rural communities as you travel towards the forested region of western Uganda.

Arrive in Kibale and check in at your accommodation. The remainder of the day is at leisure.

Overnight: Kibale National Park.

Day 6 – Chimpanzee Trekking & Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary.

After breakfast, head into Kibale National Park for an exciting chimpanzee trekking experience. Kibale is renowned for its large population of chimpanzees, and the trek offers an opportunity to observe these fascinating primates in their natural forest habitat.

In the afternoon, visit Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary for a guided swamp walk. Explore the wetland trails while looking out for monkeys, birds, butterflies and other wildlife.

Overnight: Kibale National Park.

Day 7 – Kibale National Park to Entebbe/Kampala – Departure.

After breakfast, depart Kibale National Park and drive back towards Entebbe/Kampala.

Upon arrival in Entebbe, proceed to Entebbe International Airport for your onward flight home.

Flight home is not included in the safari price.

End of Safari.
